Bra's
Every two years, Bra's fills the historic centre of Bra (Roero) — a gastronomy festival for Salsiccia di Bra sausage, plus cheese, bread and rice.
Why it's special
Every other year the town centre — the Corso Garibaldi arcades, Piazza XX Settembre — fills with chef demos, tastings, live cooking and producer markets, all around the famous Salsiccia di Bra.
