An easy, playful afternoon out around Molare: the Camminata Enigmistica a Squadre is a team walk of about 3.5 km on gentle trails, with three stations along the way where each team is set five riddles of varying difficulty, scored one to five points.
Registration opens at 15:00 and the first teams head off at an hour later. When everyone's back the scores are tallied and there's a Pro Loco aperitivo dinner — cold rice, sangria and the rest — while the winning team is worked out. It costs a few euros to walk, a little more with the food, and children under ten go free, which makes it a relaxed family fixture at the start of September rather than a serious hike.
