Every 8 June Incisa Scapaccino honours its patron, San Feliciano. It's a quiet feast rather than a big sagra, and lately the town has built it around a concert.
In 2023 the Chiesa del Carmine hosted the orchestra of the Liceo Musicale IIS Umberto Eco from Alessandria, conducted by Flavio Pesce, playing the history of cinema through its music — free to walk in. The church itself is worth the visit whatever's on.
