Il Borgo dei Desideri

Cocconato's evening for 'Il Borgo dei Desideri', the August night of wishes held across I Borghi più belli d'Italia: a dinner under the stars in Piazza Cavour and a wishing well run by the tourist office.

Why it's special

Cocconato is one of I Borghi più belli d'Italia, and on this night the main piazza becomes an open-air dining room. In 2026 the Cantina del Ponte served a black-truffle tasting menu, with the Consorzio di Cocconato pouring the wines.

Il Borgo dei Desideri is a summer night shared by the villages of I Borghi più belli d'Italia: you make a wish in one of Italy's most beautiful villages and see whether it comes true. In Cocconato it happens in Piazza Cavour. In 2026 the Cantina del Ponte served dinner under the stars there, the Consorzio di Cocconato ran the wine, and the tourist office put out a wishing well to collect people's wishes.
