The Notte Romantica was announced for Saturday 20 June 2026, then postponed to Saturday 25 July and held as the Pro Loco Pro Cocco's 'Notte d'Amore' dinner in the Cortile del Collegio 3.
- The dinner is booking-only (in 2026 by the Monday before; Caterina +39 331 355 1712, Mara Rosa +39 347 252 7412).
- If it rains it's held indoors.
- On 25 July 2026 the Cinema in Vigna at Tuffo was on the same night, with a 21:00 film.
La Notte Romantica is the summer night when participating villages of I Borghi più belli d'Italia each put on something for couples on the same date. Cocconato's is a dinner. The Pro Loco Pro Cocco sets tables in the Cortile del Collegio and serves a fixed romantic menu with local wine, built around village produce such as Robiola di Cocconato and finishing with the network's official dessert, the 'Pensiero d'Amore'.
