Luna Park di Casale Monferrato
Casale's big spring funfair: a travelling luna park that fills Piazza d'Armi for about two weeks in March, alongside the Mostra Nazionale di San Giuseppe next door.
Why it's special
It is billed as one of the largest travelling funfairs in Italy, and it sets up right beside the fair halls, so the rides and the San Giuseppe fair make one family day out.
Programme · 2026
The travelling luna park in Piazza d'Armi, open every day for the run.
- Park once for both: the Mostra di San Giuseppe at the Pala Fiere is next door and free to enter, and on its two Sundays the comune's Fiera di Marzo, with nursery plants and flowers, fills Viale Beretta and Viale Crispi along the gardens by Piazza d'Armi.
Every March a travelling luna park sets up in Piazza d'Armi, the big open square on the edge of Casale Monferrato beside the Polo Fieristico Riccardo Coppo. It is billed as one of the largest funfairs in Italy, with rides for all ages.
The rides are there for the Mostra Nazionale di San Giuseppe, the city's oldest fair, held in the Pala Fiere next door around the feast of San Giuseppe on 19 March. In 2026 the luna park opened six days before the fair and closed with it, a run of just over two weeks. On the fair's two Sundays the comune also holds its Fiera di Marzo, a street market with plants and flowers along the gardens by the square.
In 2026 the operators published their dates in mid-February.
