Nizza Monferrato's big spring wine weekend: four days when the town becomes the capital of Barbera d'Asti and Nizza DOCG, with the 'Barbera Forum' gathering 70+ producers and 400+ labels for public tastings.
Why it's special
At the historic Foro Boario the Barbera Forum lets you taste 400+ labels and talk to the producers face to face. Around it runs a city-wide festival: three music stages, a Taste Market, guided tastings at Palazzo Crova, and vineyard bike tours through the Nizza DOCG cru.
