Nizza's Christmas programme of lights, chalets, concerts, shows and children's activities running from early December to Epiphany across the historic centre.
Why it's special
The seasonal highlight is Santa Claus's 'spectacular descent' from the Campanon bell tower with the fire brigade, plus benefit concerts, a treasure hunt, and Santa's Christmas-Eve arrival by Vespa in Piazza Martiri di Alessandria.
