Why it's special

A line of Vespas setting off together through the Moscato and Barbera hills is a good sight even if you don't ride one. Prizes go to the youngest and oldest riders, the one who came furthest and the best-represented Vespa club.

25th Vesparaduno, marking 80 years of the Vespa (1946–2026). Organised by the Pro Loco and the Comune di Calosso.

• Registration opens at 9:00 on Piazza Sant'Alessandro.
• In 2025 and 2026 it cost €10 per rider (registration, gadget, breakfast, the panoramic ride and the aperitivo), plus €5 for a passenger.
• Lunch afterwards at the Il Duca Bianco restaurant was €25 and had to be booked ahead.
• Spectators can simply watch the departure from the piazza.

The Pro Loco di Calosso has been running its Vespa rally for a quarter of a century. Riders gather on Piazza Sant'Alessandro on a Sunday morning in June, sign in, collect a gadget and have breakfast before setting off on a panoramic ride through the vineyards of the Langhe and Monferrato hills. There's a stop for an aperitivo at a farmstead on the way, and the day ends with lunch at Il Duca Bianco in the village.

The rally is open to any Vespa owner, and clubs come in groups. There are prizes for the youngest and oldest riders, the one who travelled furthest and the club with the most riders.
