Residential Italian cooking course at Castello di Montalero
You stay in a hilltop castle in the Montalero hamlet of Cerrina Monferrato and cook there for three nights, taught in English by local Piedmontese chefs. Groups run to twelve at most, each at your own work station, making regional dishes — fresh pasta, seasonal antipasti, first courses — with truffle and porcini menus once autumn comes. The three-night price is per person and includes your room.
