Residential Italian cooking course at Castello di Montalero
A residential, hands-on cooking course held in a hilltop castle in the Montalero hamlet of Cerrina Monferrato, taught in English by local Piedmontese chefs. Small groups of up to twelve cook regional dishes — fresh pasta, seasonal antipasti and first courses — at individual work stations, with truffle and porcini menus in autumn. The three-night price is per person, including accommodation.
