A family winery on the Costigliole hills, organic across vineyard and cellar since 2017. Barbera runs the show here — the everyday 'La Vocata' and the Superiore 'Ciòt' — but they'll also pour a Monferrato Nebbiolo, a Chardonnay, a dry Asti, and a Metodo Classico they call Persèidi. Catch them right and there's a sparkling Barbera too.
Visits and tastings are by appointment, and a message on WhatsApp is usually enough to set one up. Expect a generous plate of cheese, salami and focaccia alongside the glasses; the cellar's modern and the welcome isn't fussy. Clarissa often runs the table, and the terrace looks straight out over the vines.
