Luigi Giachino bought the farmhouse on Strada Annunziata back in 1958, and his grandson Oscar now walks you through the cellar glass by glass — sometimes straight from the barrel. It's a proper family operation, three generations deep, with Barbera d'Asti DOCG at the centre, an Albarossa worth trying, and a broad spread of Piedmontese reds and whites for good measure.
Book before you turn up; the tastings run long and unhurried, and Oscar talks about the wine with real enthusiasm. They deliver around Turin, and yes — you can adopt a vine here and end up drinking your own bottle.
