The Biletta cellar sits out on the Grazzano–Casorzo line, open every day from nine to six — no appointment needed to buy, though a tasting is better booked. Dario works mostly in Barbera: a Barbera d'Asti and a Superiore, plus Albarossa, that deep-coloured Piemontese crossing, and a red they call Eremo. Labels like Monuntparè and La Sulina are the ones regulars ask for by name.
From Friday to Sunday there's an agriturismo table where you can sit down with the wines and a plate, which is the honest way to judge a Barbera anyway. It's a working farm, not a showroom — the tractor still has right of way in the yard.
