Crismar is the farm behind Agriturismo Vigneto Pardom, on Via alla Stazione, the road from Montiglio out to its old railway station. The family traces the Pardom vineyard back to the Middle Ages. The farm took the Crismar name in the 1980s and today works more than 24 hectares, mostly hazelnuts, wheat, maize, rapeseed and sugar beet, with the vines in the middle of it all. The wine is mostly Barbera. 'Velluto' is pure Barbera and the farm's best-rated wine on Vivino. Alongside it come a Barbera d'Asti and the Barbera d'Asti Superiore 'Pardom'. There is also a Freisa d'Asti, a Sauvignon called 'Note', a Ruchè called 'Effimera' and a sparkling Brut called 'Effimero'. Two metodo classico sparkling wines spent years on the lees: the 2009 Brut had more than ten years and the 2013 Rosé seven. 'An Bel Mument' is a late-harvest Barbera steeped with spices, herbs and roots, made to drink after dinner with dark chocolate.

Crismar doesn't advertise a tasting room or tour programme. The easiest way to try the wines is at the agriturismo, which opened in 2020. At weekends it serves set Piedmontese menus of farm and local produce, by reservation, and suggests a wine for each course. Diners single out the house wines, especially Velluto. Bottles are sold at the farm by appointment. Crismar's Barbera was also the wine at Pardom's Bagna Cauda Day dinners in November 2025. The website has gone offline, so phone before you visit.
