Profumo di Vino di Mola Moreno

Profumo di Vino is the small winery of Moreno Mola, on Via Chivasso just outside the centre of Murisengo in the Monferrato hills. It's a family-scale, hands-on operation where tastings are led by Moreno himself.

A visit here can be more than a cellar pour: Moreno has taken guests up to a quiet picnic spot on the hilltop and laid out his wines with a spread of local cured meats and cheeses. Call ahead to arrange a tasting.
