Cascina Perfumo calls its people 'coltivatori di sensi', cultivators of the senses, and backs the phrase with more than a dozen wines off its Monferrato ground. There's the Nizza DOCG and Barbera d'Asti Superiore, Dolcetto, Freisa and Nebbiolo, whites from Chardonnay and Cortese, a rosé spumante and a metodo classico.
