Fratelli Bianco has kept a wine house in the middle of Nizza Monferrato since the 1930s, when Giovanni Bianco started bottling under his own name alongside his sons. Everything happens on site — the grapes are vinified, fermented and bottled here, and the wines age in the cellars below in tank, barrel and barrique.
Barbera off the Nizza hills is the whole point, from Barbera d'Asti up to the Nizza DOCG, and the house belongs to the Associazione Produttori del Nizza. Tasting details aren't posted online, so call before you go.
