Founded in 1918, Giovanni Piacenza is a three-generation family estate in Nizza Monferrato with around ten hectares of vineyard in the heart of the Barbera d'Asti zone. The cellar vinifies only its own grapes, pairing traditional methods with modern technique.
The range runs to about nine wines across red, white and sparkling, led by Barbera d'Asti and the Nizza DOCG and rounded out by Albarossa, Barbera del Monferrato, Dolcetto, Chardonnay, a Moscato and a Brut. Cellar visits and tastings are offered through the year by appointment.
