A hilltop out of town where the waiter announces "I'm the wine list" and finds the right local bottle. The seasonal Piemontese menu runs long — the ravioli are superb, the slow-cooked pork gorgeous, the hazelnut tart worth the room. Few places cook this well for the price. It gets loud, and it's usually full.
