The 52nd Festival delle Sagre, the flagship gastronomy-and-folklore event of Settembre Astigiano, where dozens of villages recreate their traditional sagre in a 'Sagre Village' on Piazza Campo del Palio for tastings of typical Monferrato dishes.

One of Piedmont's largest folk-gastronomy festivals: village pro-loco associations serve authentic regional dishes and parade in historic costume — a concentrated taste of the whole Asti countryside in one weekend.
