Autunno in Musica
The Accademia di Cultura Nicese L'Erca's autumn classical concert season: Friday evenings of chamber music in the Auditorium Santissima Trinità, a deconsecrated church in the centre of Nizza Monferrato.
Why it's special
It brings serious chamber music into an intimate former church. In 2026 the season is run with Vercelli's Camerata Ducale (the Viotti Festival orchestra), so Guido Rimonda plays his 1721 'Leclair' Stradivari alongside a young generation of Piedmontese soloists.
Programme · 2026
"Sul filo del suono. Un viaggio tra archi, storie e radici": five Friday concerts at 21:00 in the Auditorium Santissima Trinità, organised by L'Erca with the Camerata Ducale, artistic director Guido Rimonda.
- The Auditorium Santissima Trinità is on the corner of Via Pistone and Via Cordara, a short walk from Piazza Martiri di Alessandria.

Every autumn the Accademia di Cultura Nicese L'Erca, the town's cultural society, runs a short season of classical concerts in the Auditorium Santissima Trinità. The former church in the centre of Nizza Monferrato has become one of its main cultural venues. The concerts are on Friday nights and the room is small, so the players are close.
For 2026 the season is called Sul filo del suono and is run with the Camerata Ducale of Vercelli, the orchestra behind the Viotti Festival. It sets established names, Guido Rimonda and his Stradivari among them, beside young Piedmontese soloists, and leans towards less-played repertoire for violin, guitar and accordion.
It's an easy evening to pair with dinner in town after a day among the Barbera vineyards. This season's dates are above.
