Acqui Terme's patronal feast for San Guido, its bishop-saint: mid-July days of religious celebrations around the 12 July feast, married to a big town fair — market stalls through the centre, a luna park, food stands and a fireworks night by the Roman Arches.

San Guido is Acqui's own patron, an 11th-century bishop whose urn is carried through the streets in solemn procession — and the sacred side runs alongside the town's largest fair, closing with fireworks over the Archi Romani.

- The fireworks are the finale — held near the Archi Romani (Roman aqueduct arches) on the closing evening, after the Corpo Bandistico Acquese concert.
- The luna park sets up at Piazzale Don Dolermo and market stalls fill Corso Cavour, Corso Dante and Piazza Italia.
San Guido is Acqui Terme's own patron — an 11th-century bishop of the town — and his feast, around 12 July, is the town's biggest patronal date. It has two halves that run side by side. The sacred one centres on the Cathedral: rosaries, solemn masses (in 2026 led by the Archbishop of Turin), and the traditional procession carrying San Guido's urn through the streets, accompanied by the civic authorities, confraternities and the Acquese band.
Wrapped around it is the Fiera di San Guido, the town's largest fair. Market stalls fill Corso Cavour, Corso Dante, Piazza Italia and Via XX Settembre, a luna park sets up at Piazzale Don Dolermo, and there are food stands, live music and, on the closing evening, a fireworks display by the Archi Romani — the Roman aqueduct arches — after the Corpo Bandistico Acquese concert.
