La Bollente

The Bollente pushes sulphurous water out of a marble kiosk at the end of Via Saracco at around 75°C — hot enough that everyone warns you not to touch it. It's the heart of Acqui Terme, ringed by bars and cafés that fill up in the evening, and a short walk from the Tuesday market.
