On the first Saturday morning of the month organic producers set up in Piazza Maggiorino Ferraris for Il Paniere ("the basket"), Acqui Terme's mercatino biologico. Expect fruit and vegetables, honey, cereals, wine and cheese, plus a few stalls of books and basketwork. It runs from 9:00 to midday, every month of the year.
