Monferrato Green Farm

Casale's three-day autumn fair of plants, farming and the green economy at the Polo Fieristico Riccardo Coppo: nurseries and growers, farm animals, food producers, talks, and plenty for children.

Why it's special

It brings a flower-and-plant show and an agricultural fair together under one roof, with exhibitors from well beyond Piedmont. Since 2025 it has carried the title of a national fair, and it adds talks and workshops on sustainability to the stalls.

4th edition, the second as a national fair, at the Polo Fieristico Riccardo Coppo. Organised by D&N Eventi with the Comune di Casale Monferrato, the Unione dei Comuni della Valcerrina, the Associazione dei Comuni del Monferrato and Confartigianato Alessandria.

For one weekend at the start of October the Polo Fieristico Riccardo Coppo in Casale Monferrato fills with plants, animals and machinery. Monferrato Green Farm is a garden-and-agriculture fair: a nursery and flower show alongside a farm fair, with food producers, artisans and green businesses around them. It has grown quickly. 2026 was the fourth edition and the second with national status, with exhibitors coming from other regions as well as the Monferrato.

The setting is deliberate. Casale sits in a rural landscape now on the UNESCO list, and the fair works that into its programme with conferences and talks on farming, landscape and sustainability, as well as the selling.

For a family it's an easy day out. The activity ticket gets children into the educational farm and its workshops, the pony ring, the mini electric cars and the gold panning, and the butterfly house is usually the hit. Afterwards the old centre and the Castello del Monferrato are a short walk away.
