Why it's special

It's a small, friendly meeting rather than a show: in 2026 more than fifty cars took part, from a 1930s Fiat 508 Balilla and a Morgan spider to a Lancia Fulvia Sport Zagato, a Lancia Delta HF Integrale and a restored 1950s Fiat 615 tow truck.

7th vintage-car rally and 6th Memorial Loris Costantin, in memory of the young man who died in a road accident seven years earlier.

• Registration opens at 9:00 in the piazza of Carboneri (€10 in 2026, with gadgets); the cars leave at about 10:30.
• Lunch for participants is cooked by the Società Agricola-Operaia (€28 in 2026), with prizes at 15:45.

Carboneri, a small frazione south-west of Montiglio's centre, hosts a vintage-car rally every summer in memory of Loris Costantin, a young man who was killed in a road accident. The rally reached its 7th edition in 2026, the 6th held as his memorial.

The day starts in the frazione's piazza at 9:00, where owners register and line up their cars. At about 10:30 the convoy sets off on a tour of the surrounding hills; in 2026 it stopped at the Piero Cerrano winery in nearby Murisengo for a cellar visit and a tasting. Back in Carboneri, the Società Agricola-Operaia serves lunch, and the prizes are given out in the afternoon. Over fifty cars came in 2026, from pre-war Fiats to Lancias and a restored 1950s tow truck.
