Red Night at Terre dei Santi (Castelnuovo Don Bosco)

Terre dei Santi is the co-operative winery of Castelnuovo Don Bosco, the town in the Astigiano hills where Saint John Bosco was born. Its cellar on Via San Giovanni bottles Freisa, Barbera d'Asti and Albugnano DOC, the small Nebbiolo appellation of these hills.
The Red Night is a VINerdì, a Friday evening in the cellar, with a Christmas feel: the cellar is decked out in red, there's an aperitif with two glasses of the house wines, polenta served as long as you want more, and music. Children have their own cheaper ticket with activities, and guests are asked to wear something red.
