Organised by the Pro Loco with the patronage of the Comune, for the festa of the Borgate Castelnovesi. Food stand every evening from 19:30 in Piazza Italia.

At the start of July the Pro Loco of Castelnuovo Don Bosco fills Piazza Italia with a three-evening sagra built around sausage, served in different dishes with wine from the surrounding hills.
The weekend doubles as the festa of the town's borgate, its neighbourhoods. On the Saturday evening come the qualifying heats of the Corsa delle Botti, a barrel race through the streets, and the final is on Sunday afternoon, followed by a parade of the borgate. Each night ends with music: Alien Cut on the Friday, a cartoon-theme-song party on the Saturday and a DJ set on the Sunday.
In August the same Pro Loco runs the Feste di San Rocco.
