Amaretti workshop visit & tasting — Moriondo Virginio
Visit the historic Moriondo Virginio workshop, keeper of the original Mombaruzzo amaretti recipe first created by Francesco Moriondo in the late 1700s. The visit shows how the soft almond macaroons are made, and those who wish can taste them paired with a glass of Moscato d'Asti DOCG. Reservation needed; visits possible in English.
