Cattedrali Sotterranee

The historic wine cellars dug into the tufa hill beneath Canelli, nicknamed the underground cathedrals, where bottles age at a steady 12 to 14°C. Part of the UNESCO-listed Piedmont vineyard landscape since 2014, they are seen on booked tours run by wine houses such as Bosca, Contratto and Coppo, ending with a tasting.
