Eleventh edition. Two consecutive evenings in Piazza Martiri di Alessandria: comedian Federico Basso performs a comic monologue on 31 August, and journalist Francesco Costa gives a talk on contemporary politics on 1 September.

Attraverso Festival tours the hills of Langhe, Monferrato, Roero and the Piedmontese Apennines each summer, mixing theatre, comedy, music and talks across dozens of events in around thirty towns of the provinces of Asti, Alessandria and Cuneo. In late summer it comes down into Nizza Monferrato for a couple of evenings.
The Nizza dates play out in Piazza Martiri di Alessandria, the square at the centre of town, and the bill runs to a well-known comedian one night and a journalist or writer the next — the sort of names that fill a piazza. It pairs neatly with dinner under the arcades before or after.
